How can we help?
Additional Data
Both Actions and Indicators have Additional Data tabs which allow you to input quantitative or qualitative updates.
Actions have four Additional Data tabs – Guidance, Case Studies, Progress Updates and Stories.
Whilst Indicators have six Additional Data tabs – Guidance, Case Studies, Monitoring, Progress Updates, Stories and Charts
- Guidance can be used to reference benchmarking standards, certification schemes, guidelines on how to meet desired Outcomes
- Case Studies can be used to share inspirational best practice on specific Actions or Indicators
- Progress Updates can include short written updates on progress towards a particular Action or Indicator or a RAG (Red, Amber, Green) rating
- Stories can capture qualitative photographic updates such as events or organisation milestones
- Monitoring captures quantitative updates that typically have a defined unit and target value – number, percentage, volume etc
- Charts that are relevant to an Indicator can be uploaded to graphically illustrate quantitative progress
