Connections

Connections illustrates all internal and external activity across the ecosystem. Workspace Admins and Workspace Managers can access Connections from the Workspace Dashboard by clicking the left sidebar and then clicking Connections.

• Global Outcomes (GOs) illustrate activity across multiple Workspaces.
• Shared Outcomes (SOs) and Shared Indicators (SIs) illustrate activity that is specific to your Workspace.
• Connections Reports shows the reports that have been made using Connections for Global Outcomes, Shared Outcomes, and Shared Indicators.

Connections is most frequently used for Shared Outcomes, so the instructions below specifically mention SOs but can be applied to both GOs and SIs.

• Click on Shared Outcomes, then View by Shared Outcomes, you can select any SO for a quick view of all the activity linked to that particular SO.
• Filter by Lens Category, Level of information, Plans, and Teams.
• Include Plans or Workspaces to see clearly the link between the SO and the plan/workspace that the OAI that addresses it sits in.
• Click on any OAI for Plan details.

View by Flower or Spider view:

• Flower View: double click on OAIs and it will open up the OAIs linked to that OAI on the same screen
• Spider View: double click on OAIs and it will open up the OAIs linked to that OAI on a different screen

You can also generate a report from Connections based on the content that you have filtered by clicking Generate Report. Reports are viewable in Connections Reports in Connections.
