How to Create an Action Plan
OnePlanet Action Plans help users to map any strategy, plan or idea. They are formed on three basic building blocks; Outcomes, Actions, and Indicators (OAIs), but can also contain much more. See Adding Outcomes, Actions & Indicators (OAIs) for more.
To create your first ever Action Plan:
- Click ‘Create’ on the Plans card on your Dashboard
- Choose a name for your plan and press ‘Next’
- Then select a template (see Templates for more information) or just choose an empty plan
- Click ‘Create’
To create subsequent Action Plans:
- Click ‘View’ on the Plans card on your Workspace Dashboard
- Click ‘Add New Plan’ on the left side of the screen
- Choose a name for your plan and press ‘Next’
- Then select a template (Templates) or just choose an empty plan
- Click ‘Create’
This will take you to your plan. To access the Plan Dashboard click on ‘Manage’ in the purple history section on the top of your screen. On the Plan Dashboard, depending on your plan package, you can:
- Edit your plan name, plan image
- Duplicate your plan or delete it
- Manage reports
- Invite Members, Viewers and Manage Members
- Publish your plan
