Embed an Action Plan or Workspace on your website
Public Mindmaps can be embedded into websites using a simple HTML iframe. First, ensure that the Action Plan or Workspace containing the Mindmap or Geomap you wish to embed in your website has been published and is located in the Collaboration Hub on OnePlanet.com.
Next, once you are inside the Action Plan or Workspace, scroll down to the Public Mindmap or Geomap and click on the ‘Open in new tab’ icon. Once you are on the Public Mindmap or Geomap page, copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. (See the video below.)
Then, create an iframe using the following format:
- <iframe src=”[URL]” width=”1200″ height=”1200
Important: Replace [URL] with the Public Mindmap URL you copied.
Embedding in a Standard Website
Open the HTML file of the webpage where you would like to display the Mindmap. Paste the iframe code into the desired section of the page, save the changes, and upload the updated file to your web server. The Mindmap will then be displayed on your website.
Embedding in WordPress
From the WordPress admin panel, navigate to the page or post where you want to display the Mindmap. Open the editor and switch to Text or HTML mode. Paste the iframe code into the editor, then update or publish the page. The Public Mindmap will then be visible on your WordPress website.
