Favourites

Some people who use OnePlanet need to be able to access the exact place they want to input information from the dashboard. This is why we created Favourites. They allow users who play a data inputting role or who use specific areas of the platform often, to access them quickly.

You can find all of your Favourites in the My Favourites tab on the Workspace Dashboard. Here you can see a list of every view you have favourited, click on the eye to take you to that Favourite, edit the name, or delete it.

To create a Favourite view, you must click the star icon. This is found in different places across the workspace. On the Plan Dashboard it is beside the Plan Details, on Mindmap View it is on the right, in Table View it is on the top right, and on Document View it is also on the top right. Each node can also be favourited, including the sections of the Additional Data of a node such as Progress Updates, Stories, Guidance etc. Connections Overview also has an option to add to Favourites.

Once you click on the star icon, you will be asked to name your Favourite and then Confirm the name. Thereafter, it will appear in your My Favourites tab along with the other views you have favourited.
