Templates

Templates are ready made plans that you can use to create an Action Plan on your OnePlanet workspace. Users can replicate a plan they already have in their workspace (Workspace Templates) or adopt from a library of General Templates through contacting OnePlanet.

Workspace Admins or Managers can make any plan in their workspace a template by:

  • Clicking on the Manage page of the action plan.
  • Under Plan Details there is a toggle for making an Action Plan a Workspace Template.
  • After doing this, you can create a new plan using a Workspace Template by clicking on the Add New Plan button on the Plans page.
  • After choosing a name for your plan, you will be presented with an option to create an Empty Plan or the Workspace Templates you have created.
  • Once you’ve created this new plan, you will see that it is an exact replica of the plan you made a template, and you will now be able to edit it to suit your Action Plan’s specific needs.

If your workspace has also imported General Templates from OnePlanet, then these will also be listed as an option after choosing a name for your plan.
